Do you offer monthly IT support?
Yes. A fixed monthly fee based on the number of users, with remote help, regular on-site checks, updates, antivirus and backups.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. Many problems are fixed in minutes with remote support. For hardware or network issues we come on site in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Can you set up business email on our domain?
Yes. We set up email on your domain with Microsoft 365 or another provider, and move your old emails.
We already have some equipment. Can you work with it?
Yes. We start by checking what you have and only replace what really needs it.
