Privacy policy

This policy covers the website queentechsolution.info and the Queen Tech Android app (package info.queentechsolution.app), run by Queen Tech Solutions, Dubai, UAE. The app shows the same website, so everything below applies to both.
The short version
- We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. Some pages (free tools, help and games) show ads from Google AdSense, which can use cookies (see below).
- You only give us personal details when you create a free account or contact us.
- You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see below).
What we collect and why
- Free account (for the bandwidth calculator and BOQ builder): your email address, and your name if you give it or sign in with Google. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We use it only to give you access to the free tools and to reply to you about your account. We may keep a simple list of sign-ups (name, email, date).
- Messages you send us: the contact, booking and price forms open WhatsApp or your email app with the text you wrote. We only receive it if you press send. WhatsApp's and your email provider's own policies apply to those messages.
- Saved to your account (only while you are signed in): your game progress, and a history of the BOQs and price checks you export or save as PDF, including the project details you typed in. It is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and only you can see it. You can delete single entries on your account page, or ask us to delete everything.
- Saved on your device only: your language choice, BOQ drafts and calculator inputs are kept in your browser's storage on your phone or computer. They are not sent to us.
- Website assistant ("Ask us"): the chat runs in your browser. If our AI assistant is switched on, the message you type is sent securely to our AI service provider only to write the reply. We don't keep chat history.
- Server logs: like every website, our hosting (GitHub Pages) records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
Other services used on the site
Google Fonts (text fonts), Google Firebase (accounts), YouTube (one help video), Google Maps links, WhatsApp and AnyDesk links. These open or load content from those companies under their own privacy policies. Google AdSense shows ads on some pages.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not receive your personal details from these ads. In the free games, an ad may show between levels, and watching a rewarded ad (for example to skip a level) is always optional.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
When switched on, we use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages lead to a WhatsApp message, call or booking, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not give us your name or number. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
The Android app
The app opens our website in a full-screen window using Chrome on your phone. It asks for no special permissions and does not collect anything beyond what the website does.
How long we keep data
Account details are kept while your account exists. Messages on WhatsApp or email are kept as long as needed to do the job and for normal business records.
Delete your account and data
Send us a request from the email you signed up with, or on WhatsApp. We delete your account and sign-up details within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
