Q.01Do you visit the site before giving a price?
Yes. We visit for free, check the space, and then send a written quote. You only pay if you decide to go ahead.
Q.02Can I watch my cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phone and show you how to watch live and play back recordings from anywhere.
Q.03How long is the footage kept?
It depends on the number of cameras and the recorder's storage. We size the storage to match how many days of footage you need.
Q.04Can you fix or upgrade a system someone else installed?
Yes. We regularly repair, extend and upgrade existing cameras, networks and computers.
Q.05Do you repair laptops and phones for individuals?
Yes. Send us the device model and the problem on WhatsApp, and we will tell you the likely fix and cost before we collect it.
Q.06Do you service gate barriers and access control installed by others?
Yes. We repair and maintain most common barrier and access control brands, and can set up regular maintenance visits so problems are caught early.
Q.07Do you work in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?
Yes. We cover both Dubai and Abu Dhabi for installations, maintenance and on-site repairs.
Q.08Can you work outside business hours?
For shops and restaurants we can plan installation around opening hours so your customers are not disturbed.
