Common questions.
Fingerprint, face or card: which is best?
Face recognition is fast and touch-free, fingerprint is cost-effective for offices, and cards suit visitors and large teams. Many terminals support all three, so you can mix them.
Can it record staff attendance?
Yes. Most terminals we install also log clock-in and clock-out times, and export reports for payroll.
What happens in a power cut or fire?
We install a power supply with battery backup, and magnetic locks release for safe exit. Emergency break-glass units can open the door manually.
Can you work on a system someone else installed?
Yes. We repair, reprogram and extend ZKTeco, Hikvision and other access control systems.
