Can you collect my laptop from my office?
Yes. We collect from offices and homes every day, 10 am to 10 pm, and bring it back fixed. Book on the ExpressFix page or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you work with tower management for access control?
Yes. Many towers have their own access system at the lobby. We install your office door system so it works alongside theirs and follow the building's work-permit rules.
Can you set up a new office before we move in?
Yes. We plan the network points, Wi-Fi, door access and cameras with your fit-out contractor, then install and test before day one.
Do you offer monthly IT support?
Yes. Our IT Support Plans cover remote help, regular visits, updates, backups and email for small offices.
