Not included: new hardware, software licences and big projects like new cabling or a server move. We quote these separately and plan customers get our best price. Working hours are 10 am to 10 pm, every day.
Good to know
Who counts as a user?
Each person who uses a computer or laptop at work. Shared PCs, printers and the router are included, you don't pay extra for them.
Is there a contract?
No long contract. Plans run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What if we need more than the plan includes?
Extra visits or projects are charged at a lower plan rate, and we always tell you the price first.
Do you work in Abu Dhabi too?
Yes. Remote help works anywhere. On-site visits in Abu Dhabi are planned on fixed days each month.
