3Swap back when yours is ready
Return the loaner when you collect your repaired device. We wipe it clean.
Tell us what you need
- Free for business customers while their device is being repaired by Queen Tech.
- Subject to availability. We confirm by WhatsApp before you come.
- Please have a copy of your trade licence and the Emirates ID of the person collecting.
- Return the loaner with its charger and accessories when you collect your repaired device.
- Don't keep personal files on it: we wipe every loaner when it comes back.
- A lost or damaged loaner is charged at its repair or replacement cost.
